Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Refurbishment
Objective:
To support the large-scale refurbishment of Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2 with accurate, coordinated MEP information that could be delivered efficiently on a complex, live airport site.

Client: NG Bailey
We worked in close collaboration with NG Bailey on the major redevelopment of Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2, one of the UK’s most significant aviation infrastructure projects.
Our role was to provide coordinated Revit models and detailed technical drawing packages to support the installation of MEP services across the terminal. The project required precise coordination between multiple disciplines, strict compliance with airport standards, and the ability to adapt quickly to design changes within a live operational environment.
By delivering clear, buildable information and maintaining close communication with the wider project team, we helped streamline site installation and reduce clashes during construction.
GSK Ware – M2 Facility
Objective:
To deliver accurate BIM modelling and documentation for a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical facility within a highly regulated environment.

Working in collaboration with Services Design Partnership, we provided Revit modelling and detailed drawing production for the M2 Facility at GSK Ware.
This project demanded exceptional attention to detail due to strict GMP requirements and cleanroom standards. Our team ensured that all models and drawings were fully coordinated, compliant, and suitable for use within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The result was a robust, reliable BIM output that supported design development, coordination, and downstream construction activities with confidence.
